Lich-Cat
by Hellstew Collective
Lich-Cat is the capstone project I am working on with a team of five others in our final and fourth year of Game Design at Sheridan college. I am working as the main 3D artist and made all of the environments and characters models seen in the game. I worked with our level designer and writer in order to make assets to fit the levels as well as characters to help convey the narrative. Some of the designs came from our concept artist like the Lich and the Goblin, but some I designed myself like the Zombie and Shopkeepers!
We were able to take this game to Level Up here in Toronto where we competed against 100 other student games. We came in 3rd overall for Technical Innovation and were an honorable mention for the People's Choice award!
Our most recent Beta build can be played here!
Pipeline
This is the rough pipeline of how I took our concept artist's work and translated it into 3D models. (All of the 2D drawings were done by Taylor Moffat, all the 3D work is my own).
Project Work
Below is some of the work I've done on Lich-Cat. My Imgur Page also has the full library of all my work!
